"Solo una notte con la famiglia, ma la camera è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Ristrutturata da poco e molto accogliente. Ottima la posizione dell’hotel proprio in centro. Colazione e servizi in linea con la media italiana, quindi solo sufficienti, ma a parte questo ci torneremmo volentieri."

"Great location, lovely staff, good breakfast "

"Great little self contained apartments with change of towels and bedding delivered every few days. The apartment was perfect for us as a couple. Only criticism would be that the shower was not very powerful, but everything else; kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, storage, etc… was great. "Very good value for money. Cosy rooms, beautiful bathroom, good location if you have car. "

"A beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. Highly recommended."

"Location , views Staff"

"Really nice place to stay in Zermatt. Great location, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and a full range of spa options. We particularly enjoyed the free yoga class with Sara."

"This is the perfect hotel for couples traveling with a toddler! The breakfast is copious and they will make you anything that isn’t on the buffet; the room had a second bed, perfect for a kid; the backyard area had a play area; and it was located a short walk from the town center. The staff was all kind and considerate and very friendly with our toddler! Would highly recommend! "

"Very good hotel, friendly staff, good spa area. "

"Super service, very nice rooms and excellent food! And a great location"

"The location was splendid, staff was super kind and responsive, room was spacious. "

"The hotel is close to the centre and well kept. It is modern unmanned hotel but help is available, should you need it. I wanted to change my room to be closer to my kids and my wish was granted. I also forgot my expensive earphones but they were posted out to me when i informed them. It’s by the river and i personally love the sound of gushing water. So, I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend it Harris"
