"I selected the property based on the location and price was a major factor. It is a basic hotel but it was good value for money. I had a lake view room and the view of the lake is super impressive. I could also see the mountains which are also beautiful. The view was an unexpected bonus. The facilities are basic ie no refrigerator and no tea and coffee making set up in the room which is typical I think for a budget hotel in Europe. "We took our son to Italy for graduation gift -the farm was a last minute stop-of btw Florence and Coritina Dempazzo. We also went to Venice and Cinque terre. I asked him what was favorite part of whole trip he said, “the farm”! Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff. The food prepared on the grounds was delicious! It’s rustic for sure. No luxury! But if you want an authentic Italian experience this is it. It was like staying with friends. So relaxing. "

"It is an old fashioned, an "retro" hotel. The staff, however, made up for the outdated decor. They were excellent. The food was also quite good. All in all, good value for money. The big negative is a really slow, almost unusable WIFI. So, if you go there and want to use WIFI for business, do not stay at this hotel. While there is free public parking nearby, the hotel does not offer parking and you may find yourselves fighting for parking space, as we did."

"We had a one night stay during a tour of northern Italy. For the price we were very impressed and felt it necessary to write this review. It felt like stepping back in time a bit decor wise but we actually found this really charming and it was impeccably clean throughout. Small details such as the towel art in the room and unexpected access to a little indoor pool (that staff turned back on just for us despite our late check on time) made it an absolute delight. We also loved the breakfast....
