The place was ok. Clean, older, and Ok. The bathrooms had liquid soap and shampoo in a packet and we only received one of them for 2 people. No face clothes, but that is typical for Europe. The beds were low as there is no box spring. No top sheet, just a duvet cover which stinks, but typical now a days. No elevator. The breakfast was also just ok, maybe a 7 on a 1 to 10 scale. Thet offered minimal fresh fruit, a couple cheeses and runny eggs. There were a few donuts, bread and croissants. The parking stinks as the lot close to the door is shared with a condo so you fight for spots with the homeowners. They have parking in front of the restaurant on the opposite side of the building, but you have to walk on a busy road to get to it since on off hours, the doors to get out are locked from the restaurant. This would be a fire hazard in the states. The good thing about the hotel is its location on top of a mountain near some great skiing. The castle has charm which is nice. The bartender was nice to talk to on Saturday night. He likes the Celtics like I do and he is quite the financial investor. Not sure if I'd stay there again, but it was a nice experience overall.

Brilliantly located with free outdoor parking. Really loved the views and location. Room was good. but a bit dated. Not really an issue as it added to the character. Bed was super comfortable, shower was also excellent. A great place to stay for anyone visiting Carezza.

Hotels havde overbooket os, så da vi ankom til hotellet, fik vi af vide, at der ikke var flere ledige værelser, af den type som vi havde booket. Efter dialog frem og tilbage mellem hotels og hotellet, endte vi med at få et andet værelse. Vi stod med vores barn på 11 måneder, og ventede ca 2-2,5 time, så det endte med at blive sent. Ærgerligt, at de ikke blot kunne give os et andet værelse med det samme, og internt finde ud af, hvem der havde lavet fejlen, fremfor at vi skulle “straffes” for en fejl hos dem. Kvinden ved disken var rigtig sød, og gjorde alt hvad hun kunne for at hjælpe os. Øvrig personale var også rigtig søde. Så ærgerligt den dårlige oplevelse overskygger det ellers fine hotel.

Von außen wirklich super schön. Auch der Blick. Es geht für 1-2 Tage. Könnte mal ein wenig Liebe gebrauchen. Teppiche, Vorhänge, Tischdecken, Handtücher gehören mal ausgetauscht. Im Juli steht überall noch die Weihnachtsdeko rum. Lady im Frühstücksraum ist zwar freundlich, aber raucht lieber mit Kollegen vor der Tür, als sich ums Frühstück zu Kümmern. Roher Schinken war um 8 Uhr aus und nie wieder gesehen. 1.Tag Körnerbrot steinhart, am 2. Tag schimmelig, es wurden aber nur die Scheiben weggeworfen, die sichtlich befallen waren. Die Sporen ziehen sich bei Brot jedoch durch. Alles Packungsware, teilweise das Ablaufdatum überschritten. Im Restaurant wird mit lokalem Essen geworben. Das Putenschnitzel ist gepresst und oval Fertigware. Pizza und Gulasch aber sehr gut. Schade nur, dass man in einem leeren Restaurant nicht dort sitzen durfte, wo man wollte. Ablagen im Bad schräg, so dass alles runterfällt. Gardinenstange schräg, Ausklappcouch selbst für Kinder hart und unbequem. Alles Dinge, die mit ein wenig Beachtung wieder zu einem schönen und dem hohen Preis entsprechenden Ort werden lassen kann.

Equipe muito receptiva, nos atenderam muito bem. O quarto é excelente, o hotel tem vista para uma montanha linda e todos os funcionários são muito gentis, inclusive no restaurante do hotel. Foi uma excelente experiência e com certeza voltaremos.

Increíble.

Una estancia increíble. La propiedad es en realidad un castillo y tiene mil antigüedades. Se come delicioso, en especial el maiale, es de otro nivel. Michela lo máximo, ayudó mucho en todo lo que necesitaba y me explicó todo para que no me confundiera en nada. En general, todo el personal fue muy amable todo el tiempo. El desayuno muy rico también. Como contras, hay muy poco personal para un lugar tan grande, lo que hace que a veces tarde un poco el servicio (digo tardar dentro de la definición de puntualidad europea), pero honestamente 10/10.

Resepsjonen ante ikke noe om turløyper og var generelt rett og slett sure. Det samme med personal på pizzarestaurant i kjelleren. Personal ante ingenting om omgivelsene. Frokosten var av det meget enkle slaget. STYR UNNA dette hotellet om du kan. Det har hatt sine glansdager.

El hotel necesita renovarse. Los cuartos son pequeños y la planta baja donde está el Spa no inspira nada, se ve spooky. El personal es amable. No hay elevador. El desayuno no tiene capuccino, y puede mejorar.
