Hotel was stunning, the views of the mountains whilst having breakfast were incredible. All staff were very welcoming and friendly and the facilities were great. 10/10 recommend! Fantastic location, right next to ski lift. Something to be aware of is you're on a hill (which gives you the amazing views), but if you want to walk down into town in the evening you have a 10 minute walk back up a relatively steep hill.

If you’re looking at this review you likely already know about the amazing location this hotel is in (inc. 2 min walk to a main lift) so I’ll skip that…. This hotel really is incredible, very well maintained, excellent facilities inc. a free sauna, spa and infinity pool over looking the mountains. There’s an online app / link ordering drinks etc. and delivered where ever you select. The staff were truly exceptional, everyone of them genuinely acted like they were pleased you were there and staying with them! The service was as good as any 5 Star + you would stay in, restaurant offered a good meal and lots of local wines at very reasonable prices! Could not recommend this place any more highly - just book it, you won’t regret it!!!

Absolutely great service. They went above and beyond the ensure we had a great stay, including arranging transportation for us after we missed train and bus transfers due to train cancellation. The stay was great and helped us plan our day to see the most of the area with the time we had. The room was great and the Spa, pool, and other facilities were also excellent.

The outdoor pool was a cold temperature so we could not use it and the hot tub was luke warm temperature so it was unenjoyable. The staff did not give any explanation of amenities or details of room that we would have found helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean but there was no AC or ventilation so we had to keep the balcony door open every night to get some type of fresh air. We could not control the temperature in our room. There was no vents. The area is convenient and the parking lot was nice but other than that - was not impressed.
