Hotel was stunning, the views of the mountains whilst having breakfast were incredible. All staff were very welcoming and friendly and the facilities were great. 10/10 recommend! Fantastic location, right next to ski lift. Something to be aware of is you're on a hill (which gives you the amazing views), but if you want to walk down into town in the evening you have a 10 minute walk back up a relatively steep hill.

The outdoor pool was a cold temperature so we could not use it and the hot tub was luke warm temperature so it was unenjoyable. The staff did not give any explanation of amenities or details of room that we would have found helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean but there was no AC or ventilation so we had to keep the balcony door open every night to get some type of fresh air. We could not control the temperature in our room. There was no vents. The area is convenient and the parking lot was nice but other than that - was not impressed.
