"Lovely hotel off the beaten track, but within short distance of Newmarket Racecourse. Booked a standard double but Daisy the very helpful Receptionist upgraded the room to a Superior King. The room was large and very clean and the bed was comfortable. As an added bonus the bathroom had a spa bath which was amazing! Breakfast was good but the afternoon tea was fantastic! Fresh sandwiches, warm scones and delicious cakes and a bottomless teapot! Did not have dinner in the restaurant and unfortunately had no time to sample the spa. Will definitely be staying again in the future. Highly recommended."

"Beautiful grounds & Room. It’s a perfect place to stay. Re evening meal this is from local pubs in the area. From quaint local country pubs (20 min walk) or a pizza / restaurants in a new very posh housing complex (10 mins). Sainsbury’s also in complex too. I’ll be staying again. "
