"Very Professional friendly staff. Check-in was slow bc everyone came back at the same to @ 3pm for admission. Front desk was superb bc they held my heavy bag until check-in was available. Huge, Huge Hotel! Lots of restaurants & (3) to (4) Huge conference rooms to use. Wow! I love the decor of this hotel, and the fact they had not only a huge swimming pool, but a gym, steam room & my favorite a Sauna room as well. Staff is always available for you. I’d definitely, recommend this Hotel...

"Excellent hotel in Cologne. Bed & Shower fab. If you walk through the train station, you will exit with the wonderful cathedral in view. I will be honest & say it is in a slightly dicey location but we had no problems at all so would highly recommend."

"The hotel was excellent. Clean, comfortable and only a short walk to the main areas of cologne and perfect for the chocolate factory museum."

"Great hotel and location. Our "go" to when in Cologne."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Only adverse comment would be in terms of the limited menu and also that even the limited menu wasn’t always available."

"Terrific location right behind the cathedral and next to lots of great streets for restaurants and bars etc. 5 min walk to the river. Friendly staff. Good room that was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Best ive had in Germany. Would absolutely stay again and recommend."

"Very new, very clean, very close to Cologne Cathedral and train station, many restaurants next to the hotel. Strongly recommended for visiting Cologne."

"Very Nice hotel just steps away from the Köln Cathedral and about a 10 min walk to the “Love lock bridge”. Lots of upscale shopping nearby if you’re into that. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did order room service twice; the 2nd order never came but they did refund the cost. Parking was onsite with easy access to the hotel via lift."

"Right next to Hansaring station easy access to Köln and Düsseldorf Airports, 15min walk to city centre. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was fresh, excellent coffee machine. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Absolutely gorgeous place and well worth the money. Kind staff. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. ♥️"

"Excellent stay and super helpful and friendly staff. Amazing breakfasts and staff on reception went out of their way to help Me find a doctor."

"Great stay at Steinberger. Staff was super nice and friendly, breakfast was also great. And if you are looking for an excellent hotel gym, this place has it!"

"Excellent hotel, great location. Breakfast is great and with the best possible attendants. Really enjoyed my stay. Wold certainly book again in a next trip."

"Eden Hotel is located 5 mins walk from the station in the shadow of Cologne Cathedral. A modern hotel with food sized comfortable rooms. The Hotel is part of Fruh beer and next FRÜH am Dom, an ideal location spot ro people watch and soak up the atmosphere. The old town and Rhine are easily accessible."

"The room was fine but the hotel is quite dated and the rooms could do with an update. There are too few outlets to plug in phones etc. We didn’t do breakfast or use the spa. The hotel is well situated though and near to the Schaafenstraße and Rudolfplatz"

"Close to the Rhine. Many bars and restaurants nearby"

"Really decent place on the outskirts of Koln. Rooms are nice, food/bar is excellent along with sauna and small gym"

"Maike at the front desk was very gracious, knowledgeable, and helpful. Her advice and the Weihnaktsmarkts was spot-on, including the Strassenbahn lines. Dinner was great, with wonderful service. This is one of the nicest hotels Ive ever stayed at."

"Great place to stay for a family. Spacious"

"Very friendly staff. And very helpful. Very. Ice hotel."
