This hotels a great introduction for non-germans into germanic spa culture. It is a spa facility first and foremost and a secondly a standard hotel room. Which is fine. You’re staying here to relax. Come here for 3 days (I fly over for gigs in köln) . Turn your phone off. Get some fruit and water from the supermarket. Then just use the spa from 11:00 -00:00 and you’ll have a great time. You can sunbathe on the roof terrace too. Its great and I will always stay here when in köln. The wifi is excellent speed also

Great stay with some room for improvement

The pools and saunas are fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel in Cologne. It would have been an ideal stay if it wasn’t for faulty WiFi in my room (for the entire 3 days I was there). Breakfast was a bit sad so I would miss that next time, but definitely stay again.

Spa was very nice, wasn’t prepared for the naked sauna’s though as wasn’t sure whether signage meant swimwear was optional or not allowed, probably an English thing, so avoided. Naked people wasn’t a problem to us but families with children should probably be made more aware.

The pools and saunas are amazing. Lots of naked folks, and some “textile free” pools and saunas, so if that’s not your jam, maybe go somewhere else. My adult daughters and I had a great (and separate) time however, everyone except the man at the front desk was super nice and no creepy vibes at all.

Hotel was clean and Tidy. 2 entrances to hotel which was a bit awkward as we couldnt get to our room through main entrance due to spa. In moddle of hotel. We done the spa for €10 asnot included in the price whick was fair enough but when leaving hitel we were chatged for robes at €8 each and were not made awarw there was a cost..Rooms were ok fle soze and breakfast basic especially when €20 per head. 4 stars
