Parador de Baionia is magical! We loved it! Our original room was an interior one but a request to the desk moved us to a magnificent sea view with the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks lulling me to sleep. We had lunch when we arrived and didn't want a large dinner so a plate of assorted cheeses and a few glasses of white wine was a perfect end to the day. Be sure to walk the sea walls and look out over the islands. Beautiful!

Hotel Resturante Ruas is a lovely hotel with superior guest service. Our room was spotless and easily accessible. The hotel's location cannot be beat for centrality and usefulness for the Camino. Its restaurant and cafeteria ensure you have easy access to good meals. And the location puts you next to all kinds of restaurants, shops, and churches. The accommodations are simple, but they are clean and there is air conditioning. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Loved the area, hotel and area. Secluded location within a 2 minute walk to center

Unfortunately no supper served the night I was there & my flight was too early to have the breakfast. Fortunately hotel is very close to airport, about 1/2 mile, which turned out to be important as my taxi did not show & I had to walk dragging my suitcase & carryon. Staff very helpful when I arrived.

We arrived by car, and it was good to be able to park in their parking area which is in the basement. There is an additional cost for parking. The hotel offers comfortable space and all the basica one needs. It's clean and comfortable! It was nice to walk to everything around- churches, historic sites, shopping, restaurants, and more within short distance. This town is also appealing and good place to visit.
