Beautifully restored finca which looks stunning upon approach. Free parking, free breakfast, air conditioning in room, not much to dislike. But... as someone who is pregnant I intensely disliked that guests smoked everywhere on the balconies and right outside our bedroom. It would be nicer to do a smoking area as it felt like everywhere had smokers and there was nowhere to sit outside and be away from it. Also, oddly they had put a sensor in the bathroom so when I had to wee in the night a quite bright light came on, no way of turning it off! Breakfast was varied and very generous, that was a nice touch.

Good breakfast, and very good lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices compared to restaurants in the area. The menu of each day (1st course, 2nd course, dessert, drink and coffee/tea = Euros 16). The staff is very friendly and helpful. I only wish they provided soap bars or had dispensers for shower gel instead of the little packages of shower gel they distribute. Need to change this product. Also, it would be nice if they had a small and clean iron for those of us who need to attend a work meeting. Easy stuff to solve. Everything else......no complains on my part.

At the time of reservation there was no restriction on check in times so I arrived at 1 am and the reception was closed because it closes at 12 am. I called emergency number and the wanted that I'll wait till 8am. I didn't agree and demanded to provide the room. After long conversation he called another woman and she told me which room I can take. So check in information provided by hotel isn't correct. The hotel overall is ok, clean rooms, not so many amenities, the parking inside the hotel, the complimentary breakfast was good enough, a/c in the room doesn't cool enough

The hotel is very clean. Our room was perfect. I had read complaints about the reduced size of the shower but it's pretty standard and typical of European style. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit selection, pastries and my husband enjoyed the traditional jamon serrano with cheese. The service was exceptional and all the staff was very nice. We definitely recommend it.

Ligue antes e peça expressamente os quartos reformados. O nosso era um dos poucos antigos e tinha um fedor insuportável de fossa, esgoto, advindo do banheiro. Horrível. Desagradável. A solução era ir rapidamente ao banheiro e tranca-lo. Aberto, ele infestava o quarto. Os quartos não tem ar condicionado. No verão, em noites tropicais, são noites mal dormidas. Café da manhã básico, nada de excepcional. Um dos poucos estabelecimentos que eu não voltarei e não recomendarei. Apenas, e tão somente, o staff vale a nota 10.
