"I have stayed in many worse 5 star hotels. How this is rated 4.5 stars 🌟 I will never understand. Facilities are new and perfectly maintained. The front of house staff are excellent. The doorman was 11/10 courteous especially when seeing my Dublin registration as he worked there for 11 years. The receptionist spoke to me in Irish ☘️ The room appeared as though nobody had ever stayed there before. The hotel had every amenity and the outdoor pool was even open in late October. Don’t miss this hotel right opposite the beach if you’re in the area. Brilliant people and property."

"Ideal location for cies ferry, downtown and restaurants and an easy walk to both train stations. The town had a big party overnight but the interior facing room was silent-well worth having not much of a window. We didn't hear hall noise but I imagine you might if people were loud. We were able to check in early which was very helpful. We only stayed one night and for that the triple for three people was a good place to stay. It is a fairly poor and inexpensive looking renovation but adequate and clean."

"Low budget accomodation and we (myself, son and daughter, both teenagers) had a lovely time here. Breakfast was rather basic but you had ham, cheese, yoghurts, cereals, muffins, fruits, baguette ...every day. Hot milk, cold milk, lactose free milk too. Kids arrived too for a holiday camp but they were well behaved and polite. We could have our breakfast in a seperate room because of that. Swimming pool was gorgeous. Really big and 1m70cm at the deepest. Was maintained every night with a cleaning robot. Only 1 negative point was that reception wasn't always manned and the provided telephone number stayed unanswered on a couple of occasions. But if you look around, even in the kitchen, someone came out and sorted your issue. Beds were made every day and bathroom tidied up. Shampoo sachets and wrapped soap. Shower knob had no hanger but this wasn't such on issue for us. Walk in shower."
