"The self-check in after hours was easy to understand because of the email we received from the hotel. The hotel is just outside the Muthgasse exit of the train station. Super easy with several restaurants and two grocery stores and a pharmacy on the street. The place was clean. The room was very warm the first night and someone was smoking in the hallway or the smoke was coming from the vents. I contacted the hotel and the next night it was no problem. No smoke. We left our window open the next day so the room was much cooler the next evening. This place is a little further outside of Vienna but a lovely train ride along the Danube Canal, clean, safe and convenient."

"Kitchen was well equipped and even had a little oven which was very useful. Laundry services available. Public transport, both for trams and train is close. Christian was always available to respond to any questions."

"Checking in via the check-in device (looked like an iPad built into the wall) took long because it required manual text input but the keyboard was slightly inaccessible due to the frame holding the iPad. During the check-in we also needed to pay again to get the room code. A refund was processed after writing an email to the hotel via expedia, but the whole process was time consuming and frustrating."

"Excellent location, charming place and would definitely recommend staying during the fall (however be aware of the date that hotel shuts down as the services are cut) upshot is that there are less tourist from bus, boat arriving during the end of the season"
