4 nights stay in Trend Hotel and it was quite functional and well located. Best part is the service and the staff were all very polite and accomodating every day. Gabriella in the moser restaurant was our favourite, always cheerful and so very kind. The breakfast was fabulous and we thought this is a strong point for the hotel. Great location, near a metro and bus station. Bed was very comfy and I liked the jug with tea in the room, and there was a supermarket nearby as well. But the rest of the stay wasn’t amazing. The AC wouldn’t turn off, the shower was broken so I had to wait for a maintenance person to fix it (and turn the AC off manually in the ceiling), the front desk staff were not especially friendly. The stay was fine though and a good price for Vienna.
