I traveled with my son, both of us love this hotel very much. The room is good size, very comfortable and clean. Toilet is equipment with electronic bidet that make daily job easier. This hotel also have washer and dryer which is free. 15minutes walk to airport transit or take taxi costed $3 USD.

If you are on a layover from the US , take time and stay here close enough to the airport by taxi! This hotel has outstanding customer service, we were welcomed right away and great customer service check in, they gave the kids welcome gifts, the buffet is great and taste is amazing and so much to choose from, this property is so clean and welcome, the staff here has excellent customer service! Very good!

Extremely clean hotel. The staff is friendly and courteous. The standard double bed room is very spacious and comes with a king size bed. No need to upgrade to anything bigger. Breakfast is good but not huge. There’s only one egg dish and no pastries. A lot of Chinese type food and vegetables are offered.

This was a gem in the forest. After the Uber driver dead-ended in a dirt parking area surrounded by a dense bamboo trees we had our doubts we were in the right place. A very short correction we were at a gate to a very nice roomy parking area and a nice new looking building with a very pleasant entry. From the start we were blown away by how nice this 68 room hotel was. Nestled at the entry to a park with pretty views of the city and mountain hiking trails. It was modern roomy and very clean....

This was the very 1st stay arriving Taiwan and we were happy with the overall experience. The staff is very patient, informative and willing to help in many ways. Facing a park and next to many convenient stores, restaurants and neighborhood in walking distance, we feel safe, refreshed and welcome.

Jungli Station to Hotel, Walking 15 mins, Taxi 3-5 mins NT$85. to Airport, Taxi 15-20 mins, NT$560. Good Dinner NT$350 (Main+Drink+Desert), NT$250 if used the $NT 100 Coupon (Got it when you Check-in). Got a Nice breakfast Box due to early flight. (8:45 am). One of my best hotel experiences. Wonderful staff. Good spa. Wonderful restaurants - though hard to book the seats.

Breakfast had a good variety of fresh vegetables and fruit. All of the options were very nicely and arranged and plentiful. We all loved the spa pool! Very refreshing and relaxing! The scooters for the kids were also a favorite.

The Location is very convenient for my friend to pick me up. The room is very spacious and very clean. The breakfast is excellent with many choices. I love it to be together with global mall that made shopping very easy. All in all this is one of the best stays of mine. Highly recommended.

This is the perfect property if you have a family of 6 as it has two very large rooms and two bathrooms. It was nice to check-in and have water, soda, and snacks immediately available in the room. Breakfast is definitely a big perk. Very large selection of foods and even though my family stayed here for 5 days, we never got sick of breakfast. I spent a week in Taiwan and this is my favorite hotel for this kind of stay. I had business all over the country, but hate changing hotels, so it served as a great "base of operations." The only downside is distance from the High Speed Rail station and the traffic during rush hours, but it's worth the extra time to the amenities of this hotel.
