"Everything was great with the exception of the fitness room. Overall, everything was excellent, but the fitness room needs an upgrade, especially the treadmill. The belts were very loose other than that, Grand Hotel Sofia is absolutely Stunning."

"The breakfast was basic. On the second morning I have decided not to waste my time and went straight to the train station to catch my train. The room was clean but there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the common areas. The staff of the spa was not interested to assist you in anything, and that is of course after the charged you with 3 euro for swimming cap."

"Amazing hotel!! I couldn’t recommend this more - the staff were so kind and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and modern; and you are literally in an art gallery, with contemporary art hung through the walls! Not to mention a bar downstairs with the largest collection of records in Bulgaria!?!"
