"Overall experience was good , staff was very helpful . Only bad this was the kitchen because of the language barrier . Asked how long it would be for the dinner to come . Was told 20 mins . Which is fine on a normal day of waiting , But when we have to catch a flight to the airport , it was not good ! I had to eat my supper in the taxi to the airport . Because it took almost an hour to get our food vs. the 20 mins and stated by the waiter originally . The dinner was good though , just wished we could have have ate it with our friends before leaving ."

"Room was beautiful so was the bathroom but the water in the tub was hardly pouring out for us. This could’ve just been an “our room” problem. But everything else was spectacular."

"Our room was spacious, and came with a working refrigerator and hot pot. We had electrical outlets to the left and right of the bed which was very helpful for all the devices we need to charge. Outside there is wonderful green space so you can ealk around the hotel grounds for exercise. The food was the only drawback. If it was choma, then it was excellent but the regular kitchen was standard fare. All of it took 1-1 1/2 hours to prepare and they didnt take your order till they opened at 6pm so we were eating later than planned given our early morning start time. At times, we were served a few plates and the others came 15-20 minutes later. I would still highly recommend it for all the other features. The staff are EXCELLENT! Someone has taught them customer service!! We were always greeted with smiling helpful staff everywhere throughout the hotel."
