"I wouldn't stay here again
1) 1st room smelled like cigarettes
2) 2nd room TV didn't work
3) in the morning 2000 ants inside the room
4) pool closed
5) spa closed
6) hallway smelled like weed all day everyday
7) ask for someone to fix TV it wasn't fixed in 2 nights
8) no housekeeping service was made nor offered in 2 nights
9) no termometer for controlling temperature for the room
10) no air conditioning, only a ventilator
11) no privacy shades, only blackout or fully visible
12) shampoo and conditioner in dirty container that seemed reused.
If I stay in this town again, I will pay the extra 15$ for a different hotel"
"The rooms and motel itself were exceptionally clean. The receptionist was beyond kind and courteous.
However- after a day of hiking the thing we looked forward to was showering and heading to bed. Unfortunately the shower not only did not dispense any pressure, there was ZERO heat"
"Great location. My dog and I stayed for 2 nights so we could hike Lions head trail.
The front lobby is under a much needed renovation. Hopefully they will get this finished. A nice coffee bar would be a bonus.
My room was clean and partly renovated. The beds were comfy. Motel was quiet, we felt safe.
A few things like a trash can in the room, clean windows, inside door lock, art work would add to the stay."
"Tricky to find the office. The GOS brought us into the back of the property. The office is located off of a one way street. But we got there with the help of a staff member. Comfy quiet bed. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again with them."
