Honestly I am giving this a 5 star as me and my boyfriend ended up booking this very last minute like hours before. We were at Sabule beach and wanted to stay the night this was only 20mins away and it was perfect! The rooms were very clean and I checked everywhere! The staff we nice at check in and very informative! Parking and breakfast was included! Breakfast but good for hotel breakfast!! Overall, 10/10 for a place to stay in the area!

We booked with this hotel based on our pleasant experience back in 2021. Our recent stay however was far away from pleasant. We arrived at the hotel at 1pm, 2 hours before the check in time. The person at the front desk, turned out to be the manager and the owner of the hotel, insisted on charging us $25 early check in fee for each room. He was extremely rude, didn't offer any other solution and ruined our stay even before we checked in with his attitude. We never experienced anything like this in any other hotel or country in our lives. We ended up going straight to the beach and come back later to check in. Hotel actually looked like they did some renovations since our last stay and both the rooms and the common areas looked much better. However the next day our beds were half made, nothing was cleaned, towels had stains and hair on them. We will never go back to this hotel because of the horrible service and management. Not recommended.
