Great property, it has a heated pool & jacuzzi. A gum, cafe and restaurant. They have free airport shuttle. The rooms are big and clean. Only issue/complaint is that there's no fridge in the rooms and trying to get a bucket of ice is soo hard. Besides that the place is great. It's not in a great neighborhood so be cautious but it's only a 20-30mins Uber ride to Roma Norte, Zócalo, etc.. .. but I will say do not wear jewelry in Mexico sadly I was mugged on my second day of my trip but besides...

It's a bare bones hotel, but worth the price. Very clean. Friendly staff. Right in the middle of everything to do. Tons of shopping and eating. I would stay again.

The staff is really friendly, the restaurant offers traditional meals from Veracruz and the breakfast buffet is a fantastic way to start the day, it includes great "antojitos" and freshly baked bread. Our room was cozy, we were facing the Mercado de Artesanias, it was nice to see the palm trees and people enjoy their days. The hotel is located next to a bus stop, so if you're willing to step out of your comfort zone you can ride different buses that bring you to different tourist destinations...

The property has a great location and the staff are very sweet people, we stayed there 7 years ago the first time and the property is still well cared for.
