"Before we even arrived, Hugo was helping us coordinate wine tastings between the left and right bank wineries, and he did an amazing job. And we cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff, including Margaux, Alexis and Tess!! These ladies were there at every turn making our stay as fabulous as possible!! The food was out of this world, and there aren’t many places where you can enjoy a Margaux by the glass. We loved every minute of it, and forward to coming back! "
"Conveniently located in Chartrons, not in the main downtown area but only about a 10min walk away with still with plenty to do in the area. Plenty of good food around as well. Rooftop is a great vibe, did not have the food so cannot comment. Gym just had a bike, a treadmill, and some free weights but serviceable. Room was clean and more than adequate."
"The whole hotel was perfect and the staff were fabulous, our car broke down in the morning and the staff were absolutely fantastic in helping us getting everything sorted with our recovery insurance and assistance in getting us to the courtesy car
