Hotel close to the airport but ten minutes by car to the history center. American breakfast. It should be more variety for breakfast.

The hacienda was safe, quiet and bery private-we had the whole place to ourselves.

If we could give them 10 stars we would! Family rin business and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Great breakfast too. Outstanding location

I had a sudden change in travel plans and needed to book a hotel room during a layover in Bogota. I did so, but I messed up that booking and had to look again at the airport in Popayan after I landed late in the morning. Thanks to the very helpful staff at Hotel Boutique Confort Suites, I was in a perfect room by 1PM. Very nice property, friendly staff, breakfast is the best, everyday was different food. I truly recommend this hotel for those who’s looking for a quiet stay.

The receptionists were excellent, they recommended the best restaurants in town. They provided great customer service and were very attentive to our questions and concerns. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel during your next vacation in Cali.
