The concept here is very good but it hasn’t been thought through properly. The rooms are modern and comfortable but there are many flors in the whole package.
Theres a jacuzzi outside 4 rooms on level 3 which we were on and this invites a high level of noise from the machine and of course the people using it. The other main problem is as others have mentioned is the no reception policy where your given codes and details how to gain access etc which is fine if everything works but when it doesn’t you can’t speak to anyone for help they don’t answer the phone number given so you have no support. The main door stopped working and we couldn’t get into the building which left us outside in the heat then again in the pouring rain with no shelter ☔️. The only way to communicate was sending messages on the hotels.com web which was long and time consuming and when they did respond tried to blame us for not using the keypad correctly which was none sense.
When we eventually gained access from someone leaving the only person we could vent our frustration was the cleaning lady which wasn’t her fault. We spent 5 nights there and most were noisy disturbing nights from the jacuzzi or from ignorant selfish guests that think because they are awake others that are trying to rest or sleep don’t matter. It’s also in a very run down dangerous neighbourhood and wouldn’t walk around at darkness. For these many reasons I wouldn’t recommend staying here like many others have mentioned.
