The receptionists were excellent, they recommended the best restaurants in town. They provided great customer service and were very attentive to our questions and concerns. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel during your next vacation in Cali.

Everything was perfect

Excellent hotel, the first touchpoint with hotel staff was very wellcoming, spacious and modern room. Complimentary breakfast was good, as expeted from a buffet. Surroundings of hotel are nice and few blocks away from trendy restaurants. On the first floor a very good and excellent priced restaurant ( very recognized chain restaurant in Colombia) with discounts for guests. Staff could be more corteous and customer-oriented. Overall experience: great and recommended!

We loved the ambiance. The open garden concept was very nice. The stuff was very friendly and attentive. We can't wait to go back!

A good place to stay if you need to be in that area of Cali. The staff stored one bag of groceries for us since there wasn't a refrigerator in our room.

Clean, modern, very comfortable apartment-like rooms, with kitchen, full refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker. Also a living room like area next to kitchen and breakfast bar, and the bed on the other side of breakfast bar. Also a nice balcony to enjoy outside air and dining. I will stay here agin for sure when I next return to Cali. Excellent WiFi Internet access also, and free. Cooked to order breakfasts included, and can be served on the rooftop dining area or in our room.

Being located in the heart of Palmira, you have access to everything within walking distance. This includes walking distance to microbus station for a ride to Cali as well as being on the microbus routes coming from the airport (the street in front of the hotel) and heading to the airport (the street a block back from the hotel). This is my home at Tulua, The staff is like my family. If I woke up late, either way they offer my the free beakfast.
