The receptionists were excellent, they recommended the best restaurants in town. They provided great customer service and were very attentive to our questions and concerns. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel during your next vacation in Cali.

Debo decir que me hospede sola por 4 noches en este hermoso lugar y desde que llegue, a este paraíso fue más de lo que esperaba, las instalaciones y la habitación de lujo, la atención recibida por parte de Eric, Miguel, Felipe y Orlando fue maravillosa y no puedo dejar atrás a la chica vestida de azul!! Lo recomiendo mil veces.

I never imagined that for that price I would find a hotel of this level. In Cali there is no better option for location and price. There are 3 restaurants that I recommend very close Turk House (great surprise for lunch), Elsa Café (to go in the afternoons excellent sangria and "pandebonos") and Lakasia (Korean)

I received and excellent deal from Hotels.com The hotel was beautiful, the room extremely clean, the staff could not have been better. My computer was unable to connect to the internet the quickly offered the availability of a computer that I was able to check business emails. I have limited Spanish and everyone was willing to do Everything possible to assist me. Very convenient and confortable hotel in one of the best areas of the city. Close to a massive shopping mall with several restaurants and stores. Service is on point, although a bit annoying to be scanned with a metal detector every time you come inside the property.

The service is really good, the location is nearby. Everything and the hotel is clean.

Staff very professional and kind

This was absolutely breath taking. The scenery is to die for. The trip to the river is a must. Shout out to our tour guy Juan and Natalia the receptionist. She made everything so easy. This trip is exactly what I needed.
