Debo decir que me hospede sola por 4 noches en este hermoso lugar y desde que llegue, a este paraíso fue más de lo que esperaba, las instalaciones y la habitación de lujo, la atención recibida por parte de Eric, Miguel, Felipe y Orlando fue maravillosa y no puedo dejar atrás a la chica vestida de azul!! Lo recomiendo mil veces.

Great value and service. Conveniently located next to the airport.

The staff was very attentive. My room was very clean. I had a nice balcony which was nice to go out and sip coffee. It is in a GREAT location. The only complaint was the pool was a little disappointing. It's really only a 'soaking' pool which is OK, but it was really cold. They arranged for my taxi from the airport and also had a taxi pick me up at 2:30am. I would stay here again.

They couldn’t find my reservation at first, but after calling someone they were able to find it and gave us a nice room, the breakfast was really good and my overall experience was great.

Smooth check in. Friendly staff. Clean room. Blazing hot water. Breakfast plentiful Five minute walk to mall, or area restaurants. WiFi suitable for Netflix movies. TV has multiple channels. Quiet street. Well stay again.

Excellent customer service and safe area

I never imagined that for that price I would find a hotel of this level. In Cali there is no better option for location and price. There are 3 restaurants that I recommend very close Turk House (great surprise for lunch), Elsa Café (to go in the afternoons excellent sangria and "pandebonos") and Lakasia (Korean)

Very convenient and confortable hotel in one of the best areas of the city. Close to a massive shopping mall with several restaurants and stores. Service is on point, although a bit annoying to be scanned with a metal detector every time you come inside the property.

La habitación impecable le sugiero poner una nevera pequeña con agua y productos líquidos de consumo. Felicitó a todo el personal hacen un trabajo excelente buena atención, comunicación, amabilidad. Quedé encantado del hotel espero tenga en cuenta esta sugerencia.
