A very well located family owned hotel where everyone knows your name. It’s also nicely decorated, kept impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious! I look forward to my next stay.

This is a spectacular hotel! Everything about gives you luxury and privacy and a feeling of ease! I would love to have more hotels available around the world like this one.

This was my first visit to Colombia. I’m so glad I stayed at Alko Nispero. I met the most friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Duvan who made my stay so welcoming and safe. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure I was getting to places safely, recommendations for food and overall was a great person to speak with. The breakfast was delicious - everything fresh and great portion. And it was free with the reservation. The food at the restaurant of the hotel was excellent as well....

The staff was very attentive. My room was very clean. I had a nice balcony which was nice to go out and sip coffee. It is in a GREAT location. The only complaint was the pool was a little disappointing. It's really only a 'soaking' pool which is OK, but it was really cold. They arranged for my taxi from the airport and also had a taxi pick me up at 2:30am. I would stay here again.

This hotel is pretty conveniently located close to shopping malls and bars. The staff was very friendly and helped me the whole time. The cost va benefit is very balanced

Excellent hotel, the first touchpoint with hotel staff was very wellcoming, spacious and modern room. Complimentary breakfast was good, as expeted from a buffet. Surroundings of hotel are nice and few blocks away from trendy restaurants. On the first floor a very good and excellent priced restaurant ( very recognized chain restaurant in Colombia) with discounts for guests. Staff could be more corteous and customer-oriented. Overall experience: great and recommended!

I received and excellent deal from Hotels.com The hotel was beautiful, the room extremely clean, the staff could not have been better. My computer was unable to connect to the internet the quickly offered the availability of a computer that I was able to check business emails. I have limited Spanish and everyone was willing to do Everything possible to assist me. I never imagined that for that price I would find a hotel of this level. In Cali there is no better option for location and price. There are 3 restaurants that I recommend very close Turk House (great surprise for lunch), Elsa Café (to go in the afternoons excellent sangria and "pandebonos") and Lakasia (Korean)

I truly enjoyed my stay at Ibis and would check them out at other locations. The breakfast was delicious! The only thing I would recommend is more vegetarian options please. Staff was super friendly, in fact the front desk staff helped me get medicine delivered for a migraine. My room was SO clean and I was so comfortable in it - when I look back on my stay there it's like a dream. Very convenient and confortable hotel in one of the best areas of the city. Close to a massive shopping mall with several restaurants and stores. Service is on point, although a bit annoying to be scanned with a metal detector every time you come inside the property.
