Nice hotel with good food and good service.

This place was great. Clean, well located, great amenities. Stayed in the 3rd floor unit which was basically an apartment. Would definitely recommend this property.

The hosts did everything they could to accomodate me and make my feel comfortable the house is beautifully restored from an old police station and the rooms are now modern and comfortable Despite language barriers we comunicated well and I fellt well taken care of. Claus Roehrborn

Amazing architecture and decor. Generational basque family home turned into hotel with elevator and beautiful views. Staff was the best! The town was picturesque and the area of Rioja is enchanting. Will book again next time we travel to the Basque Country!

Wish we had more time! This place is clean, modern, beautiful, and in a great location. Breakfast was included and had so many options. Pool area looked inviting but we had no time and temperatures were falling. A bit of trouble locating the front desk and staff didn’t seem to notice. Not a typical check in desk. Gorgeous hotel right in the center of the old town. Perfect location. The property is top notch but what really makes this a world class hotel is the staff. They were so friendly,gracious and helpful. The vibe was chic and elegant. We would absolutely stay there again. Great hotel. Great staff and great town

The property was very clean, newly renovated, in a perfect location. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, complimentary coffee and wine were provided. The bathroom was clean, shower excellent. The access to the room was easy and convenient with digital keys. This hotel checked all the boxes; cleanliness, great accommodation's, great service, great food and wines! The property itself was impeccably maintained with plenty of quiet spaces to walk. Corina our server for breakfast and lunch is worth the visit. She made our experience at the property memorable. The food was amazing. Spectacular!! Wish we had reserved more time!

Staff were excellent at check-in and throughout the stay. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant is also very nice, although being in Spain, it did not open for dinner until 9pm. In the bar, drinks and tapas were available in the afternoon. Huge wine selection. Parking was onsite and free. The only negative was that the toilet in our room continued to run water (sometimes, not always). Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
