Excelente espacio para relajarse. Caminar por el pueblo fue bien agradable y conocer un poco sobre lo que hace este lugar especial. No hubo mucha atención del staff pero nos sentimos como en casa, nos brindaron la confianza como huéspedes y se sintió bien. No hubo opción de desayuno como menciona la descripción pero nos pudimos tomar un café en el bar. Volvería a ojo cerrado.
Staff were excellent at check-in and throughout the stay. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant is also very nice, although being in Spain, it did not open for dinner until 9pm. In the bar, drinks and tapas were available in the afternoon. Huge wine selection. Parking was onsite and free. The only negative was that the toilet in our room continued to run water (sometimes, not always). Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Difficult to get to the location, Google maps takes you in a diff a little more sketchy route but we manar to make it !
What a gem this hotel is! We were spending a couple days in Rio with friends, and have booked this hotel for our second night.
Check-in was smooth, the staff was highly professional, friendly, and spoke perfect English. The room was truly lovely and well designed. The bedding and pillows were excellent. Everything was sparkling clean.

This place is stunning! Old school room key (loved it!) and a beautifully renovated property with indoor (and outdoor) parking. Excellent place to spend a night or two during your trips. Going in my expectations were not high, but this place felt high end and the amenities, both inside and outside the hotel were fantastic. Right in the center of town too, so super convenient. Recommend it.

This hotel checked all the boxes; cleanliness, great accommodation's, great service, great food and wines! The property itself was impeccably maintained with plenty of quiet spaces to walk. Amazing architecture and decor. Generational basque family home turned into hotel with elevator and beautiful views. Staff was the best! The town was picturesque and the area of Rioja is enchanting. Will book again next time we travel to the Basque Country!
