This was the most amazing place to stay! This was our favorite stop on a 30-day trip to Greece, Italy and Switzerland. The surrounding countryside is stunning. Our room had a Turkish Bath - what a fun experience. We were a couple of weeks in to our vacation, and we were ready for some down time. Having a private little garden, overlooking the Tuscan hillside was WONDERFUL. The dinner we had on site was one of the best of our entire trip. Breakfast in the morning was an incredible display...

Hotel staff was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. Very close the train station, about a 5 minute walk. Great local restaurants within walking distance. Also great location for visiting the historical sites.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and polite. Receptionist even walked us to our room, which I had never experienced before. Check-in was very smooth. After check out, they let us keep our car and luggage in their property for the day as long as needed, which was very thoughtful of them. Room was very nice, although it actually felt a little hot and we had to open window. But we didn't ask for help with that so that was our fault. Overall, amazing experience at hotel. Extraordinary hotel serving beyond our needs. Every want attended to...staff well trained, amenties all 5 Star, food excellent, arranged reservations/assisted with medical concerns... I cannot even describe how 10 STAR quality this hotel is. Near the Duomo, near everything. Clean, friendly. We have already recommended it to friends who are coming to Florence in the spring. Cannot wait to return. Thank you.

Excellent service, great location, and a very stylish, spotless hotel! We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The staff were very accommodating and made us feel welcome. Having someone who is honest and gives you genuine recommendations makes such a difference, especially when choosing a hotel from another country. We truly appreciated the experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

The place is very clean and quiet. It is in an exclusive neighborhood. Very safe to walk around. Their staff are very friendly and very service oriented. Breakfast was faboulous.
The only thing is, it is a little further away from the city. Need a taxi to go anywhere but the taxi is also readily available and staff will call them for us. Wait time is very short usually less than 10 minutes.

We booked our stay (and our guests) at this hotel thru Expedia without any knowledge of the property. We were looking for a place to stay in Florence for a few days with our friends as we traveled on to Rome for a week.
We've become accustomed to staying in nicer hotels and don't mind spending more to be in a safe, comfortable establishment with very good service. However, from the moment I parked my car in front of the hotel (in the plaza) and walked in the door I knew this was very, very...

Nicest hotel that we stayed at in Italy. Exceptional service and they strive to be upscale and deliver. Impeccable views, grounds, rooms, and restaurant. Almost felt too nice to be true-- blend of older style with new updates. A bit Disney-fied in feel that it seems to cater to mostly Americans and few locals. However, this means no hassles, broken fixtures, etc. (but it is a very different feel like a California spa vs. an old Italy village hotel). Only minor note is that it is a bit removed...

I cant say enough about the hotel! When we arrived in a taxi we did not realize the taxi did not accept credit cards. We were a bit stressed as we had just traveled over 15 hours. Imran, the doorman came to our rescue and without any effort on our part, pulled out his wallet and paid for our taxi. We then exchanged cash in the hotel and promptly repaid him. Check in was prompt and professional. The room was outstanding! Clean, elegant, stocked with everything and more we would need and just...

This is a great hotel in the heart of Florence. You literally get out of the door into everything you would need and want, including all the most amazing main attractions. A few steps from Il Duomo. Beautiful rooms, great service and they also have an adjacent rooftop restaurant and bar to watch the most beautiful sunset.

A beautiful hotel located at the heart of the city. Staff are super friendly. A truly relaxing atmosphere. Stayed in the superior room 3rd floor. Very quiet. Spa is nice. Good breakfast.
