Superior room not great, Very small with leaking shower and other issues. Upgraded to suite on 5th floor which was excellent. Very spacious, huge bathroom with bath and walk in shower. Great views and comfortable bed.

Very good hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The room was attractive and clean. The breakfast buffet was above average. Staff were friendly but sometimes hard to find. Our only real complaint was that it was noisy where our room was on the backside of the hotel, with the duomo/football stadium view, with live music and and an outdoor film showing that went well past midnight.

A nice clean hotel with a great view. Adequate breakfast, nothing special. There was an AC unit making a loud engine sound in the garden, audible even to the balconies on higher floors. The staff was neutral and friendly, but not very proactive when I tried to alter a part of my booking to another NH hotel.

The location was nice and beds very comfortable. Only complaint is the way the lighting was set up on our room. You could not have light to use the bathroom unless you turned on the main lighting in the room which was very bright for everyone. We talked with another couple staying in the hotel and that was their only problem too. I always pack a small flashlight and would recommend .

Located about 10 minutes walk from Campo, also handy for buses. Smart, corporate hotel with expected facilities. My free welcome drink was a nice thought, but glass of red wine was undrinkable! I paid extra for superior room with Duomo view - massively better than views of road/buses at front of hotel. Breakfast buffet is fine - but only a few Italian guests seemed to get real coffee, most of us were directed to machines.
