From Check-in to Check-out, the hotel staff were extremely pleasant, attentive, and very helpful wherever we were on the property. The hotel is very modern, clean, spacious, with an amazing spa which is essential on a bad weather day. This was originally a 4-day birthday trip which we extended 2 more days since we didn't want to leave. Definitely recommend!!

Hotel Artemide is centered in a convenient location. We were able to walk, to & from the train station, The Trevi Fountain & The Pantheon. The staff is very accommodating. Walking distance from train that goes to the airport, central location! Would stay there again.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is too notch. They try everything to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The rooms are absolutely amazing. When my closet light was not working properly they tried to address the issue right away even tho it was a minor thing. Stay here!

About a mile from the central station and 1.5 miles from the Duomo, we appreciated the easy access and the quiet of this wonderful hotel. The rooms are artistically decorated and lots of free and high quality food is served throughout the day. Would definitely recommend this place and return to it if I was back in Milan

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and polite. Receptionist even walked us to our room, which I had never experienced before. Check-in was very smooth. After check out, they let us keep our car and luggage in their property for the day as long as needed, which was very thoughtful of them. The place is very clean and quiet. It is in an exclusive neighborhood. Very safe to walk around. Their staff are very friendly and very service oriented. Breakfast was faboulous. The only thing is, it is a little further away from the city. Need a taxi to go anywhere but the taxi is also readily available and staff will call them for us. Wait time is very short usually less than 10 minutes.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. Very close the train station, about a 5 minute walk. Great local restaurants within walking distance. Also great location for visiting the historical sites.

I cant say enough about the hotel! When we arrived in a taxi we did not realize the taxi did not accept credit cards. We were a bit stressed as we had just traveled over 15 hours. Imran, the doorman came to our rescue and without any effort on our part, pulled out his wallet and paid for our taxi. We then exchanged cash in the hotel and promptly repaid him. Great location less than a block from the main plaza. Our room was right next to the elevator and we never heard a sound. Only a few blocks to the train station and bus stops. Many great restaurants nearby. Best breakfast buffet in our whole 26 days in Italy. Left a jacket and they had it sent to our next hotel on Capri for a minimal charge.
