The staff was beyond excellent, location was excellent, cleanliness was excellent!! Three thumbs up for this establishment! I stay in 200 hotels a year in America and wish any one of them had the service and caring this place gives!! 7 out of 5 Stars!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

This is abrautiful " Boutique" hotel, the food was exquisit!

Absolutely wonderful hotel, five star service and amenities. We were greeted with a welcome drink (coffee and fresh green juice were our choices). The design and ambiance is gorgeous, both antique and contemporary. The rooms are each unique and cozy, and ours had a wonderful view. We loved the robes, slippers, soft towels and very comfortable large beds. Loved the reading lights and nice toiletries. Excellent property beautiful grounds

One of the best hotels in Mexico. Marco Antonio Solís put his heart and love for Michoacan into this hotel and it shows in every detail. What made our stay so special was the staff. Everyone that works there was so friendly and helpful. They made us feel like family. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel in the hacienda style, with separate buildings, a surrounding wall and beautifully manicured grounds with many replica pre-Columbian sculptures and figurines. It is located on the slopes of the mountains just south of downtown Morelia, about a ten-minute cab ride, or a pleasant thirty-minute walk from the central city. The restaurant is excellent and the staff is friendly and professional. It is a gorgeous place which we highly recommend.

Loved that it is right on the main plaza, great food and service in their placita restaurant, near everything in center of town, only drawback stayed in junior suite and radio alarm and coffeepot weren't working otherwise it was great.

This property was beautiful! When traveling with teenagers it was great to have a jr. suite to give them their own space. The hotel itself had a wonderful rooftop sitting area. The staff was wonderful in the day time and the evening time. They were always very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Great hotel for price,across from Plaza Wasn’t thrilled with breakfast in restaurant, but no complaints about hotel.

The room was big enough we didn't feel crowded and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was super helpful and attentive. We called in a problem with a leak in the bathroom when we moved in and within 5 minutes Hugo was there helping us move into another room.

Beautiful and very private. Even though is on the main street it feels very private and serene. I will definitely be back. I felt safe at all times. Do not hesitate to book here, everything is within walking distance. It's a beautiful hotel.
