This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel, I absolutely love this hotel. It’s situated in a perfect location (within walking distance to the plazas, shops, restaurants and Santuario) the hotel is beautiful and rooms are pretty quiet as the hotel is situated in a bz street. The beds are comfortable and so are the pillows. I definitely recommend this hotel!

My stay was amazing. The hotel is modern and design. Everything work fine and looks good. My bed was so confortable that I felt I slept on a cloud. The staff is friendly and speek a bit english. I enjoy also the continental breakfast, which was much better that what you get usual in the USA. The hotel location is very good. At 2 minutes by foot to the beautiful main plaza and 5 minutes from the cathedral. The hotel provide also a underground parking very safe.

no complaints what so ever on the hotel, the staff was friendly and there is a gated parking lot for the car. the complementary breakfast is very tasty, I recommend from the choices the 'huevos rancheros' it is little tricky to found the place because the street names are not signalized or car flow or the streets. It is just behind of that big government building (you'll see the big flag outside and the wall size speed bumpers). just turn your head to the left and you'll see the hotel

I was expecting less, but I was wrong. The Hotel exceeded my expectations.
