The staff was beyond excellent, location was excellent, cleanliness was excellent!! Three thumbs up for this establishment! I stay in 200 hotels a year in America and wish any one of them had the service and caring this place gives!! 7 out of 5 Stars!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Friends had recently stayed at Hotel Pueblo Magico and highly recommended it. It was charming, quiet and friendly. Great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Receptionist Lupita was very courteous, professionalism, and serviceable to any of our needs. My so. Ended up getting very ill and the some of his meds needed to be fridge. Without hesitation the hotel assisted us with refrigeration and service. We were there 9 days 8 nights. Every single day was pleasant and very serine. Definitely returning here.

This is a beautiful hotel in the hacienda style, with separate buildings, a surrounding wall and beautifully manicured grounds with many replica pre-Columbian sculptures and figurines. It is located on the slopes of the mountains just south of downtown Morelia, about a ten-minute cab ride, or a pleasant thirty-minute walk from the central city. The restaurant is excellent and the staff is friendly and professional. It is a gorgeous place which we highly recommend.

This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel, I absolutely love this hotel. It’s situated in a perfect location (within walking distance to the plazas, shops, restaurants and Santuario) the hotel is beautiful and rooms are pretty quiet as the hotel is situated in a bz street. The beds are comfortable and so are the pillows. I definitely recommend this hotel!

My stay was amazing. The hotel is modern and design. Everything work fine and looks good. My bed was so confortable that I felt I slept on a cloud. The staff is friendly and speek a bit english. I enjoy also the continental breakfast, which was much better that what you get usual in the USA. The hotel location is very good. At 2 minutes by foot to the beautiful main plaza and 5 minutes from the cathedral. The hotel provide also a underground parking very safe.

Had a wonderful stay, everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was really good, its very easy to just get a taxi or bus to transport you where you need to go from the hotel. Felt very safe there, has a nice view

I liked the fact it was super clean I didn’t like the location was little too far from the center of Morelia

We got the three-meals-a day food plan after we arrived and were glad we did. Food was very good (I am a foodie who owned a specialty food company). Service was great. They arranged for a driver to the butterfly sanctuaries for us and provided a box lunch. Can't say enough nice things about the owners and staff, the gorgeous setting, the thermal pools, etc. Easy (and inexpensive) to get to by cab from Zitacuaro. A real find!!

The room provided a comfortable place to rest after long days. It quickly became part of my routine.
