1 bed was really hard couldnt sleep comfortably had to change beds other one was little bit softer . Fan didnt really cool and wifi didnt work . Tv had few channels. Was given room with 2 beds instead of queen with balcony

Front Desk staff was terrible. I had two reservations and they canceled one without consulting. They had me pay a separate and more expensive fee. I had a vehicle with me and they did not let me use their parking garage because supposedly them they closed at 11pm. Even When i showed up before that time( as shown in receipt) they had me leave my vehicle in the plaza without anyone watching it.

Fue horrible , las camas parecen piedras , el baño es de 2x2 , el ventilador de techo suena horrible , al control de la TV se le caen las pilas porque no tiene tapa , el desayuno que disque incluye es para 1 persona y solo son chilaquiles sin proteína, el estacionamiento está a 3 cuadras , la verdad fatal inventan un poco más y váyanse a algo mejor !

El hotel promete mucho, pero se queda en promesas La cama Quin termino siendo individual, el "desayuno buffet" de cortesía, fue solo café(soluble) o jugo y un poco de chilaquiles o un huevo (de lo que escogieras era solo una porción sin opción a un poco más)y solo el primer día de estancia, la cama rechina mucho, la regadera "tipo lluvia" eran unos cuantos chorritos que con suerte salían tibios, el internet no llegaba a la habitación.
