We got the three-meals-a day food plan after we arrived and were glad we did. Food was very good (I am a foodie who owned a specialty food company). Service was great. They arranged for a driver to the butterfly sanctuaries for us and provided a box lunch. Can't say enough nice things about the owners and staff, the gorgeous setting, the thermal pools, etc. Easy (and inexpensive) to get to by cab from Zitacuaro. A real find!!
This property is amazing! I love it every time I come I stay here! Their breakfast is amazing! The staff is always so welcoming the rooms are always clean. I don’t have a single complaint. All the staff is amazing.
The room was really clean, the grounds were beautiful, the staff was helpful and really nice, the food was great and the Margaritas were the best! I will receive mend the hotel and will hopefully return!

Very clean room, excellent location, attentive staff that was helpful with questions I had about the surrounding area. Room was cleaned, bed made, and water bottles re-stocked every day of my stay. Great value, too!
The property was charming, the room was great. The buffet at the place next door included with you room was fantastic. Different both days we were there. Close to a lot of things to do including the Butterfly sanctuary. The staff are so nice. Enjoyed our stay very much.
