Relaxing and beautiful

Nice place to stay for relaxation and natural beauty. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property has lots of little interesting spots to explore and a nice library. It could use some maintenance and updating but everything was fine. The meals served at the hotel were ok. Massage was inexpensive and good. The pools are not very warm but the mineral water felt good on my skin.

Reservar en agua blanca por hoteles.com sale más caro que hacerlo directo en el hotel, el precio que se paga en hoteles no incluye los alimentos en el hotel, sin embargo, por el mismo precio que se paga en hoteles haciéndolo directamente en el hotel incluye el desayuno, comida y cena. Al final pagué 1,700 pesos más cada día por los alimentos que me hubiera ahorrado reservando directamente en el hotel. Se me hizo muy raro ya que llevo años utilizando hoteles.com y nunca me había pasado algo así, pero en esta ocasión terminé pagando bastante más caro por reservar por aquí.

La naturaleza del lugar y el jardín increíbles, pero la comida de muy poca calidad para el lugar, tengo familia de por allá y hay excelente comida en la zona y región. El cuarto muy sencillo, las almohadas muy malas, las toallas muy rasposas y medio viejas, el wifi casi inservible, la mesa de Pool rota e incompleta, el futbolito en muy mal estado, las mesas del bar muy mal, el área de juegos de mesa muy mal, las toallas para la alberca las tuve que pedir 5 veces. Es un lugar que cobra como hotel boutique, pero ofrece un servicio muy pobre. No había clases de yoga, como estaba anunciado. Se inundó un cuarto y nos llegaron a tocar en la noche, porque a la persona que se le inundó les dieron el mismo cuarto que ya teníamos nosotros. Los cuartos están en el área de silencio, y la última noche llegó una familia a platicar y cenar muy alto afuera de nuestro cuarto. Podría ser uno de los mejores lugares, pero todo se queda en el potencial.

Estancia agradable conectando con la naturaleza y el silencio ya que no se permite el ruido, las camas muy incomodas, pensé que la alberca era de agua termal caliente pero es tibia tirándole a fría y no la limpian solo por la tarde le quitan el agua, pero lo sucio queda en el suelo y la vuelven a llenar al día siguiente con todos los sedimentos entonces se ve grasosa, y con costras, a pesar de ser termal no se apetece meter, la comida es sabrosa, la propiedad bien cuidada en espacios verdes.

Un lugar tranquilo y conectado con la naturaleza, su gastronomía es sencilla pero está bien, en el tema de las habitaciones se podría mejorar detalles como las almohadas y las camas un poco más cómodas, el área de la alberca podría necesitar una renovación pero en general el resto de la propiedad está bien cuidada. Es un lugar para descansar y desconectarte. El ofrecer snacks durante el día sería un plus, alguna tabla de quesos o charcutería.
