"The hotel itself is nice! But I want to write a review about the STAFF! I have never stayed in a hotel where the staff is so well trained, professional, respectful, serving with positive attitude and smile, make you feel at home, spoil you and so much more! I absolutely wanted to stay longer because of the TOP NOTCH SERVICE! We need to give credits where credit is due and THIS is one of them! Another positive point was our room had a kitchenette with stove, utensils, a FULL BAR WITH AFFORDABLE PRICES!!! The room service is open 24/7 and that’s something rare that a lot of hotels don’t have! The bathtub was huge 🥰😍 Probablt my favorite amenities! Loved how the rooms were cleaned by the staff! We didn’t even have to ask! I have so many positive things to say! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! You won’t regret it! ❤️❤️❤️"

"At checkout they made us pay an undisclosed "Destination fee". When we asked what that was they said it was for the amenities like the pool and gym which we didn't even use. Staff were not apologetic when we said we were unaware of these fees. The rest of our stay went very well!"

"As a whole the property and staff were great. I thought the breakfast was a little over priced though. Food certainly wasn’t bad but paying almost $30 a person for a breakfast buffet I expected a bit more variety and options. Selection variety wise it felt a step up from what similar hotels have offered as complimentary. However that’s a minor gripe to an otherwise great experience."

"I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Chicago - Magnificent Mile during my recent trip to the city, and the experience was fantastic. The hotel's location is unbeatable; it's just steps away from a wide variety of excellent restaurants and very close to the subway station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. As for cleanliness, the standard is excellent. Both my room and the hotel's common areas were spotless at all times. Additionally, the included breakfast was highly convenient and varied, perfect for starting the day with energy without having to worry about finding options outside. But what stands out the most to me is the quality of service. The entire team, especially highlighting the excellent attitude of the front desk and maintenance staff, was always very friendly. They consistently showed a great willingness to help and quickly resolve any problem or question that might arise. A detail that added a lot of points was that they allowed me to store my luggage at the hotel after check-out, which gave me the freedom to enjoy my last few hours in Chicago in total comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean stay with exceptional customer service in a prime location."

"The hotel is located in walking distance of the Magnificent Mile. The property is modern and eclectic. The views are wonderful. The hotels restaurants was good. The staff were helpful with accommodations. I would personally recommend this hotel. The bilingual staff is highly appreciated. The beet salad was surprisingly scrumptious. The clerk name James was very personable and helpful. "
