Wonderful Stay!

Great stay and location.

I stayed here to visit my child that attends the Art Institute and I was completely impressed. I will definitely stay here again.

No complaints. We stayed on the 18th floor and never had a long wait for the elevator (like I have experienced in some other places). The kitchenette was well stocked, beds soft and comfortable and bathroom is spacious in which I absolutely love.

We chose this hotel last minute and we were nervous because there were a couple recent negative reviews. There were 4 of us in our family and couldn't find anything negative to say about the hotel. The only disappointing fact was that the rooftop bar was not open but that wasn't a big deal. Everything was very clean. I actually wiped the floor in our room with a wet, white wash cloth, it was clean! There was no hair in the bathroom from a previous guest. There was no hair in the bed from a...

Excellent Customer Service

Arlo Chicago is in the perfect location for walkable access to so many Chicago sights, excellent food (please try the Broken English Taco Pub around the corner!), bars, shopping, etc. It was also very conveniently located to access the L when we needed to get to other parts of the city! The staff was BEYOND accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and exceeded all comfort expectations! I also highly recommend the lobby bar for a great happy hour spot!!! Great location

Hotel is well appointed with beautiful rooms and an elegant, luxurious bathroom. The staff was helpful and the hotel is in the middle of the best shopping abd restaurants in Chicago! Wull definitely be my "go to" hotel in Chitown!

Excellent stay. The view was perfect from the suite and the ambiance made it worth while. Would stay again!

Contemporary rooms, clean

Recently stayed at the Springhill Suites/River North. Could not have picked a better location for the first time in Chicago. Tons of local dining options. Close to landmarks. Easily walked to the Magnificient Mile(Michigan Ave) Walked to the subway to go to Wrigley Field and the United Center. Hotel was excellent. Clean, the staff was excellent in all areas. Free breakfast was fresh and good. Highly recommend overall.

I called the day before inquiring about a spa and mentioned it was my boyfriend's birthday. When we got to the room, a personal note and cupcake were waiting for him. The hotel is very unique! Unlike anywhere I have ever stayed! The employees were friendly and professional. We enjoyed everything about our stay 💕
