"Struttura moderna con check-in automatizzato (via mail): tutto OK. Parcheggio in strada gratuito davanti all’appartamento. Bus a 100metri. Unico difetto: la doccia NON è chiusa ma dotata di tenda scorrevole che non evita l’acqua sul pavimento. Difficoltà nel contattare la struttura."

The hotel was in Old Town Munich. Excellent restaurants steps away. The breakfast was amazing. Loved the bedding and how clean the room was. Absolutely a great choice to stay.
Great Hotel! Amazing staff as they responded to all request quickly. They even help me find a nail salon close by. VIP room upgrade was amazing! Very clean hotel, amazing gym considering the area. Very quiet, close by all shopping and dining in Marienplatz.
We stayed with our adult children at the Hotel Obermaier during Octoberfest. It was all that we had hoped for. It is a traditional hotel with a good restaurant attached. It is convenient by Metro to downtown Munich. It is much more reasonably priced than closer-in hotels. Our room and bathroom were comfortable. The breakfast was unbelievably generous and delicious. We will definitely stay at the Hotel Obermaier if we are fortunate enough to return to Munich, particularly during Octoberfest.
The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was jet-lagged on arrival and accidentally left some clothes of mine in the room when I checked out. They found my clothes and coordinated with me getting them back which I really appreciated. The breakfast was tasty and convenient as well. The only knock on the place is its not super conveniently located if you are trying to see the main central area of Munich but we were still able to navigate around the city...
The room was clean but obviously worn. Expedia has it listed with breakfast available but there wasn’t any breakfast so that was disappointing. We enjoyed the 2 separate spaces in number 11. We had a contractless checkin which worked fine. It’s a cool place!
The room itself was wonderful. The biggest drawback is that hotel was so far away from everything. We spent more on taxis than any other site in Europe that we stayed at.
Our family of 4 (with 2 teenagers) had a great experience staying at "The Cocoon", as we liked to refer to it. We had a room with a queen sized bed plus a queen sized pull out sofa, which made the room pretty cramped when the couch was unfolded, but the other amenities made up for the close quarters. The additional men's and women's toilets down the hall allowed our teenage girl to get ready in our room's bathroom without the rest of us having to wait to use the toilet.
The air conditioned...
Nice staff, clean room and great location to where it was easy to access the grocery store and the subway. I love there was a washer and dryer in the room.
Nice hotel, it’s located one block from the river Eisbach, This is the famous artificial channel where surfers ride the standing wave. The only downside is that there was not AC but there was a fan in the room. I’d stay there again.
Though we were one of the first customers to stay in this new hotel, this hotel was amazing. It was clean, it was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. There were some areas where they were still putting on the finishing touches, but those areas did not detract from the stay.
As an experienced traveler, I've become very picky about the places I stay and felt the K&K Hotel was perfect. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and was very comfortable. At first the location seemed pretty quite distant from the ‘Old City’, however you couldn't ask for a better location. The hotel is within a five minute walk to the U-Bahn (6th train) which can get you to key areas of the city very quickly (Not even 10 minutes to the Marinplatz). There are plenty of small coffee shops as...
It’s a great hotel on all accounts. Except it should be noted for individuals with mobility issues that you have to go up five steps to get to the elevator and it only goes up six floors. It does not go to the seventh floor. That really should be in the info on the website somewhere. If it was, I didn’t see it in. I was fine, but this was an FYI for others.
