The Olympic park being so nearby was great, but the other direction was not spectacular and the staff was not friendly, especially at check in, I was actually really surprised. Hotel is close to the U and bus stop. The hotel was clean, pillows were not so comfortable. The towels were small and kind of old. No robe or slippers. The room was okay. Room service was good. The breakfast buffet was good. I liked the selection, especially the omelette. A suggestion: need at least 2 people at the omelette, egg station; the line gets too long and I really feel bad for the person cooking. I would return to the hotel if we go back to Munich.

Amazing breakfast!

I usually stay a little closer to the center of Munich, around the altstadt; but having stayed here having not been able to get three rooms at any of my usual choices, I will definitely be using this hotel again. It's a short walk from the Olympic Park, has direct tube links to Hauptbahnhof and Marienplatz. The rooms were lovely. Large, clean, and well equipped. The bar was a nice place to hang out at the end of the evening; but the absolute winner was the breakfast. It was sublime. A beautiful selection of anything and everything that you could hope for in a breakfast.

Not enough staff at night around the bar area. In the daytime the bar area is closed off and nowhere for customers to sit, just open it up to allow people to sit and relax, crazy people sitting in stairs and the floor.

Perfect location for attending a concert at the stadium and BMW welt. Our room’s air conditioning was broken, however, and the maintenance staff could not fix it. It made sleeping very uncomfortable during a mid-summer stay.
