The room was nice, small but well maintained and had the basics. Our room had a Nespresso maker but talking with others in our party, some rooms had a tea kettle and others had neither. Breakfast was great and a good value to add on if desired per day at just €16/pp. The location was also convenient, just a short walk from the U6 Dietlindenstraße stop, getting to the downtown sites including the Oktoberfest grounds was fast and easy. There was also a Lidl nearby and a good doner could be had with a 0.5 km walk.

Stay was very pleasant. Front guys were very nice and helpful. Room was comfortable (we were 3 people), and clean, and airy. Hotel is 30 minutes walking to almost anything. There is a convenience store/supermarket on the opposite corner. It was a really nice stay and excellent service.

Once you have got past the poor "self check in" that requires human help, the hotel is great. Nice breakfast spread, nice staff. Rooms are clean and if you have a courtyard room nice and quiet. Roadside rooms are noisy. Local access to the metro and some good local restaurants
