"Great location, super clean place. The Bolivian cleaning lady was so sweet. We appreciated the pastries, milk and coffee that were included as well as the yummy chicharrones. The only thing I would have liked was for both rooms to have AC but regardless we were fine. Left the door open and soon it chilled off as well. "

"We used this hotel to spend one night to catch a plane out of Madrid in the morning and it was perfect for this purpose. When we are staying in Madrid for sightseeing we stay at a hotel on the gran via. Very convenient shuttle was on time and efficient. The breakfast was great and we ate at the restaurant for dinner at the adjacent segment of the hotel the night before and the meal was really good as well. There were youth soccer teams staying there and having fun so the hotel has a family...
"The room was clean and we had a nice view at 6th floor. The staff was friendly. The breakfast provided a good number of choices. The airport shuttle bus was helpful. But remember to get the tickets from the front desk 45 minutes before it leaves the hotel. There were only 18 seats on the shuttle bus. There were a lot of people in the hotel. It seems that people like the location which is convenient to the airport."

Everything was great except for two things. First, there was no coffee maker in the room, which is an absolute must for me in the morning. Second, there was no bar soap or wash cloths. If you're not going to have bar soap, which I strongly prefer, then you need to have wash cloths for the liquid soap, right?
Excellent location. Great staff. Rooms are immaculate and decorated beautifully. This is my 2nd time staying here. Lovely hotel. Breakfast is amazing. While not close to all the major museums, it is extremely close to the buses that will take you to them in minutes. Also, only about 3 blocks from the bus/train station. Bus 200 will take you from/to Madrid Barajas airport. If I ever come back to Madrid, I will stay here.
The hotel was perfect for our weekend stay. One of the most important things for me is for a hotel to be clean and it definitely was. The staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great. The location was slightly outside the city center but close to two metro stops and two bus lines so getting around was easy. I would recommend this hotel and I would go back as well.
The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that we had to walk a good 20 to 30 minutes to get to any of the popular tourist spots. But overall, we had a lovely stay there. And the rooftop deck and pool was a really nice place to go and relax.
The location was excellent in the heart of the city. The only issue we had was the air cond/heater. It didnt work; however, when we called, they came went into the roof in the room and the heat came on. Everything else was excellent.

Interior was attractive and modern. Rooms were somewhat dated, but very large in comparison to typical European style, clean and comfortable. Bed was firm. Restaurant food was good quality for the $$$.
Location. Location. Walkable to the landmark of city. Temperature in the room too hot and it was not possible to change it. Very noise in the hotel hallways and outside during the night.

It’s located in an excellent location, you have everything you need to enjoy your stay, very close to you. The staff is very nice!
What I didn’t like was the shower, the floor of the shower is very slippery, you have to be very careful not to fall, and I told them!
