"The room was clean and the air conditioning good. A bit basic though we weren’t expecting 5* luxury. The shelf in the bathroom was hanging off and the shower is raised with only a curtain so water gets everywhere. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy and could have done with a few labels to know what the different flavours in the croissants are. There is an empty bar and no other facilities."

"The room was clean, the rooftop view is ok, it’s close to the Vatican. This is not a hotel which I was confused, it’s more like a hostel because there’s no reception or reception area, you have to go in through a door after ringing, then go the the 5th floor in an old tiny elevator, then ring another door, the person in charge lives in a room where he takes your documents and takes copies of them, not very secure in my opinion. The AC didn’t work and the shower drain was clogged, but Nico the attendant fixed it. The shower did not have a place to put anything, the tiny packets of shampoo and shower gel was not enough. I would not recommend it, because it was expensive like if it was a nice Hotel."

"Nice clean room in an excellent location. Many nice restaurants and stores right outside the door. The check in process could be a little more streamlined and better coordinated. Overall it was a very good experience and I would recommend it "

"We stayed at Hotel Isa to begin our Italian honeymoon trip and arrived on my husband da birthday. The staff were so welcoming, they allowed an early check in and upgraded us. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed and they checked a short while after check in to see if there was anything we needed. The rooftop garden is amazing. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The view is incredible. The proximity to major attractions is perfect. Everywhere is walkable. Would 11/10 recommend this hotel. "

"Rooms were clean and modern, but the hotel is inside a normal apartment building and the rooms were set over different floors among normal apartments. Also, except for when we checked in- we never saw staff on the check in desk again so we weren’t sure how to contact them about issues as they also don’t respond on Expedia app. It is in a very good location for visiting the Vatican"
