In via Crescenzio where the hotel is located there are many restaurants, convenience stores, and if you want to do some shopping. The reception staff is very friendly and attentive and the cleaning person does it very well. It is a simple hotel, well located well in a safety area. The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. As many have stated that its location was close to the Vatican and a huge plus, however we also found the Prati neighborhood to be charming with excellent restaurants and enjoyed nice evening strolls. The room was clean and comfortable for our needs. I would stay here again on a return trip.

The location is very central-close to the Vatican and St. Peter’s square. That’s about the only positive thing I can say about it. The room I stayed in was slightly bigger than a closet. I’m not even sure if the blanket was changed? It had an unpleasant odour, although the concierge downstairs was kind enough to give me a new one. Stay here if you can’t find anything else and you value a prime location, but if you’re willing to walk or take surface level transport, there are plenty of better value and cleaner hotels elsewhere.
