Great location!

This hotel is a great location for the Guggenheim and for dining. It’s a bit longer walk to the old town section of town. If you have a car you will find the garage exceptionally clean and relatively easy to get in and out of. It’s also easy to get in and out of the city from the hotel. The staff are very professional, courteous, and most of the kitchen staff speak some English. The food was very good and my family especially appreciated the orange juice machine for breakfast. Excelentes habitaciones. Muy cómodas y limpias. Ubicación fabulosa

This was a great hotel. I had booked it on a sale so the staff had to check it out as it was much lower than advertised. Good thing I had my paperwork with me. The room was great and quiet. It was in a good location near a bus stop. The breakfast included was amazing.

The hotel is worth the price you pay. Its location is close to the Bilbao bus terminal where you can arrive easily from Madrid in 4 hours. Using the "Autonomia" street you can walk to everywhere. Even you can walk to the city center and to the famous museum. I truly recommend this hotel. Kudos to Savier and the rest of front desk people. They always receive you with a smile and willing to help. Thank you guys! Eduardo Cruz

This is an excellent option to stay in the city. Iti is modern with small kitchenette and extensive common area. There was a large outside seating area. This hotel is located right above the bus terminal, which males it easy to get to and from airport. Guggenheim is a nice 20 min walk away. Old town is 2 stops on metro. The station is right outside. Plenty to do and see. I will stay again when I am in town.

Nice stay right next to bus station. Very convienen.

Muy buen lugar para hospedarte solo

Very nice Hotel in a beautiful area, just across Guggenheim museum . 2 blocks from Museum or arts, and walking distance to Old town. Service from ALL the staff was excelente at reception, restaurants, bar, bellboys etc My recommendation to stay at this Nice hotel. Food is very nice…..

Close by to Guggenheim. Easy access to public transport. Clean. Quiet. Good WIFI. skip hotel breakfast and go to Cokooncafé for the best breakfast you will find in the area.

This place was fantastic! We were a family of four staying in one room and a family of three staying in another. We had amazing staff at reception as well as cleaning. Everyone was so nice, helpful and kind! Will DEFINITELY stay here again on another trip!

Excellent property in a great location where the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel. Good sized rooms and great amenities. Breakfast room was very tasty food.

Great location, staff and hotel!

It was a last minute booking and we'd recommend it highly. Kind people, service oriented.

Beautiful modern property located in close proximity to the Guggenheim Museum. Rooms are well equipped, modern and clean with large showers. Very friendly staff at check-in, luggage service, housekeeping, bar and check-out. Only stayed 1 night but will def book again if I was to return to Bilbao.

great hotel, clean, good location, but the heat was on when it was warm outside and I couldn't turn it off. I tried adjusting the thermostat and even turning on the air conditioning, but it just pumped out more hot air.

The rooms are FANTASTIC! Super clean and well appointed. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ❤️🇪🇸❤️

Nice hotel, very clean and well taken care of.
