"Really nice room in a nice neighbourhood. Even though I stayed on a Friday night, there wasn't much noise after midnight. I stayed during a heatwave and the air condition was amazing!
The water pressure in the shower was perfect too!

"From the moment we stood at the reception desk, the staff were so welcoming, helpful, friendly and with a sense of humour. Room was comfortable and clean and buffet breakfast was excellent. Secure, underground car park was excellent too. All round, a great stay."
"The location is amazing,nestled in the heart of old town with bars and food places just downstairs and the metro just afew steps away. The acoustics of the place was remarkable with double layers of Double glazed windows which really shut the noise of the streets away so we could rest in peace. The room is well renovated so it looks nice and modern. Highly recommended."

This hotel is a great location for the Guggenheim and for dining. It’s a bit longer walk to the old town section of town. If you have a car you will find the garage exceptionally clean and relatively easy to get in and out of. It’s also easy to get in and out of the city from the hotel.

Only stayed 1 night but will def book again if I was to return to Bilbao.
Muy buena experiencia! Excelente ubicación … súper cerca de casco viejo. Solo tengan en cuenta que hay yea la comunicación con el lobby is mínima. Nos ofrecieron mantener las maletas en el check out pero al final no hubo nadie en el front desk. Después de esto, súper recomendado

I loved this hotel. It was everything you want: quiet, clean, attractive and it’s in the absolute best neighborhood. Everything is nearby. The Guggenheim is 15 minutes walk away. There’s a subway station half block away, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The rooms are very well appointed. Fabulous shower. Check in and checkout fast and simple with very nice people. The park across the street is gorgeous. I suggest you spend an hour just sitting on a park bench. I honestly can’t say enough good...
We liked the location and the access of transportation from the airport and to the local metro. It was located in a safe area and the hotel was very clean.

I am in Bilbao frequently and know the town very well. I like the NH because it is in a clean, quiet neighborhood that is quite safe and frequented mostly by locals. Yet, it is just a few minutes walk to great restaurants, museums, etc. The bus stop is right outside, making a trip to Casco Viejo or other areas minutes away. The subway is a block or so away making a afternoon trip to the beach well within reach.
We originally only planned to stay one night, but after arriving to the Palacio and seeing our room (vary spacious), we opted to book another night. It was a little drive into Bilbao, but totally worth it for the peaceful location with beautiful views.
This hotel is totally first class, so beautiful and lovely. The staff is also amazing and friendly. They have underground parking making that process stress free. Great location and breakfast as well. Highly recommend.
