"Really nice room in a nice neighbourhood. Even though I stayed on a Friday night, there wasn't much noise after midnight. I stayed during a heatwave and the air condition was amazing!
The water pressure in the shower was perfect too!
If I go ever go to Bilbao again, I will try to stay here."
"The location is amazing,nestled in the heart of old town with bars and food places just downstairs and the metro just afew steps away. The acoustics of the place was remarkable with double layers of Double glazed windows which really shut the noise of the streets away so we could rest in peace. The room is well renovated so it looks nice and modern. Highly recommended."
"The room was fine in a convenient location. Only thing was there seemed to be an issue with the electrical when I put the card in for the lights it flickered and I couldn’t charge my phone or anything as it cut off the lights. It’s not my phone as I have travelled all over Spain and Mexico. When I told the hotel staff they didn’t seem interested."

Muy buena experiencia! Excelente ubicación … súper cerca de casco viejo. Solo tengan en cuenta que hay yea la comunicación con el lobby is mínima. Nos ofrecieron mantener las maletas en el check out pero al final no hubo nadie en el front desk. Después de esto, súper recomendado

This place was fantastic! We were a family of four staying in one room and a family of three staying in another. We had amazing staff at reception as well as cleaning. Everyone was so nice, helpful and kind! Will DEFINITELY stay here again on another trip!
This hotel is a great location for the Guggenheim and for dining. It’s a bit longer walk to the old town section of town. If you have a car you will find the garage exceptionally clean and relatively easy to get in and out of. It’s also easy to get in and out of the city from the hotel.

I loved this hotel. It was everything you want: quiet, clean, attractive and it’s in the absolute best neighborhood. Everything is nearby. The Guggenheim is 15 minutes walk away. There’s a subway station half block away, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The rooms are very well appointed. Fabulous shower. Check in and checkout fast and simple with very nice people. The park across the street is gorgeous. I suggest you spend an hour just sitting on a park bench. I honestly can’t say enough good...
Close by to Guggenheim. Easy access to public transport. Clean. Quiet. Good WIFI. skip hotel breakfast and go to Cokooncafé for the best breakfast you will find in the area.

Only stayed 1 night but will def book again if I was to return to Bilbao.
Great hotel in the charming old city. Very walkable. I would definitely go back. Only reason the amenities got 4 stars is because there was no coffee in the room, but the cafe downstairs mostly made up for it. The hairdryer had a diffuser- which is a big plus for my curly hair! Staff was wonderful and spoke English and were patient with me as I practiced my Spanish.
Perfect location for going to the old town. As it turns out we were there for the start of the annual Basque, week long celebration. We were able to see fireworks from our room!
Breakfast was nice and you could make lunch from the offerings if you wanted to. But nice to have yogurt and muesli and good coffee! This is the only hotel that had breakfast included during our trip.
