They didn’t have any ice machines that worked, we had to walk down to get a little ice from the bar. They don’t have do not disturb cards for any of the rooms. We paid extra for a balcony and it overlooked the police station. We couldn’t take our car out of the $45 a night parking because the police blocked off the street for days. They have no intention of repairing their elevator, worst hotel ever. "

"The rooms and spaces were clean, fun, and comfortable. On-site parking is limited and you are unable to purchase in advance; arrive early to have a better chance at securing a spot. Otherwise, you'll have to park along the street up or down the block (which wasn't difficult or dangerous). The roof top bar was really fun and relaxing, but was understaffed. She was still warm and funny while running around, so I hope she's being recognized by management. Breakfast bar was only about $10 and was awesome! Only took us about 25-ish minutes to get to PortMiami, but traffic and construction could easily slow you down. Port congestion was insane, but that's a different story. We would definitely consider staying here again."
