"The advantage was that the hotel is within walking distance of the main bus terminal and close to a tram stop. The shower also had amply supply of hot water. The staff also had trouble finding my reservation once I did check in. "

"Avoid!!! I arrived at about 5:30 at night, had a booking confirmed for over a week and NOBODY WAS THERE! Rang the bell, messaged and tried to call several times - no reply! People from the shops below were even trying to help me contact them. Finally Expedia customer service helped find me another place to stay, which was thankfully nearby, nicer and less expensive. I'm a pretty experienced traveler but this was kind of scary. I'm a woman, alone, in a new city and it was starting to get...

"The hotel in accommodations were fine the staff was good. My problem was the safety of the shower. The floor tiles were very slick to the foot. The shower doors were glass. I worked in a hotel and we had a guest die from slipping, falling through the glass, cutting himself and bleeding out. (in fairness, the guest was hammered drunk) I didn't shower there, and won't return for this reason alone."
