We loved our stay at the Hyatt, only thing we regret was not including breakfast in our stay because we had to pay extra $60 for 2 adults every morning. Breakfast is great, every day is the same but good food.
The staff at the breakfast Buffer were amazing, friendly and kind. The cleaning ladies were great too.
The front desk staff was also great.
Would gladly come back to Hyatt Milano.
The hotel and our stay was amazing. It was the perfect spot for our time in Milan. The room was clean, well maintained, and great design. The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing and a wonderful atmosphere. We spent the afternoon at the pool, which was a great way to relax during a hot week in Milan. Couldn’t say any more. It was great!
I won't be able to say enough, the welcome, the facility, the staff, the location, the services, the food all go beyond expectations. This is truly a wonderful home away from home in a quiet neighborhood yet central enough to reach everything. I was so comfy I hated to leave. Comfy bed, clean, nice towels, soft bed linens, great a/c , has elevator, nice dining room offers breakfast , room service, dinner for guests only. Lovely lobby to just sit and relax or wait on car service. Lobby has excellent espresso machine and snacks. Smoking area out front door of lobby. Helpful staff. Easy check in and out. Small boutique like hotel. I would stay there again.
Great location! Hotel is super nice and high end technology! The staff was great, bar downstairs and open patio! The room was comfortable, hot shower, great bed and pillows! Loved it!

Stayed in this hotel for a weekend trip and it was amazing! Hotel kept our bags safe before check in and after check out so we could continue exploring the city. 5-10 minute walk from metro stop Gambara which goes directly into the city in 20 minutes. Super great if you’re traveling on a budget!
Hotel is centrally located within walking distance to main attractions (15 mns) and trams and trains within a short 2-5 minute walk. Area feels a little unsafe, specially at night with many individuals hanging outside bars, or simply observing people as they walk by. However, we did not experienced any major concerns but solo females or families with small children may feel somewhat different. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a good variety of breads and fruits...
Everything about this hotel was exceptional. great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. the hotel was within walking distance of all popular landmarks. Excellent service. A huge THANK YOU to Sally at the bar / restaurant she was incredibly friendly, polite, helpful and went beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. highly recommended this hotel. will be back for sure.
