It’s clear with friendly staff. The location is great and very closed to the train station. Some nice restaurants are nearby.

6/10 Good

The staff was amazing, very helpful and polite. The room was "good enough" - clean and nice beds. However, the door to the bathroom did not close properly, and considering the pictures used online, we were disappointed

Great hotel for the price. Staff were so friendly and helpful. It was in a great location less than 5 minutes walk from Centrale station so great if you are using it as a base. The room was looking a little tired but for what I paid I couldn’t ask for more, especially with the soundproofing, I heard nothing. Bed was comfortable, shower was decent, would definitely recommend.

Very convinient location walking distance to Centrale train station. Hotel is a bit jaded and rooms are small but everything is designed for functional efficiency. Good for a late night arrival and morning train

Great choice of hotel if you’re wanting somrwhere near to the station. Very friendly staff and a clean safe room. Only reason to mark it down was a little bit of maintenance care was needed in our room (broken toilet flush button and seat). I would stay again.

We had a great stay here and found it excellent value for money. Central location that was safe to walk to with a teenager late at night. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Good choice (for the money) at breakfast and great coffee. Nice room and comfy beds.

Room was okay and had air conditioning which was a Godsend! The staff were also a highlight, lovely and helpful, always someone on the front desk. My room was a bit dated and a bit scruffy with a broken toilet seat and marks on the wall but for the price, location and acting as somewhere to rest my head I could overlook it. The location was fantastic, super close to the station and not too far from the sights. I would recommend for solo travellers coming to Milan!

This hotel was everything that you needed to get you to your next stop. We didn’t stay that long in Milan. Location next to train station was very helpful. Quiet night sleep in a cool room during the hot summer was great.
