"The hotel is good, the shower is not the best but works, the staff is amazing. The breakfast are not 100% inclusive, some days there’s no gluten free options except for a bread or a tapioca, not even the teas are gluten free, I wish they could have more gluten free options since Brasil have so many things that are gluten free. They could have yogurts gluten free, teas, cakes… except for this, the location is amazing and the staff too. "

"Partially beach view. Some staff needs training,for instance the vallet park from the check in did not offer help with luggage,only left a small cart. Place is outdated. Wifi only worked poorlly on the seconda fay."

"Quarto estava limpo no geral, porém a hidromassagem estava com um pouco de sujeira, precisava de uma limpeza melhor, eu acho, outro ponto, o ramal do quarto não estava funcionando corretamente, tentava ligar para recepção ou restaurante e não funcionava, tive que ligar pelo meu celular. Atendimento do hotel estava muito bom, todas as informações de fácil acesso."

"Nice staff. Breakfast was good but crowded. Lobby smell like sewer. But I’m guessing that was just a problem for that one day. I don’t think it’s like this every day. They did have a pianist play in the loby, which was very nice. And they accommodated parking with valet for 55. Which was great."

"Quarto espaçoso, bom cafe da manha, localizacao excelente (proximo a varios restaurantes), o hotel nao tem academia mas tem convenio com uma que fica bem proximo. Dá para ir a pé para a beira-rio. Unica observação: equipe informou os horarios da academia errado. Seria importante cuidar disso. Mas um problema bem pequeno. eram bem disponiveis de modo geral."
