The staff was extremely friendly, especially the guy who checked us in. The room was comfy and the shower was fantastic! My partner and I have already talked about staying here again the next time we're in Blumenau.

2/10 Poor

The check-in process was awful. The front desk assistant was very slow and did not speak or understand Portuguese, the local language. Furthermore, the lobby had a very strong, unpleasant odor from a diffuser or disinfectant. The bathroom was also dirty. Although I had booked a queen-size bed, they offered two single duvets.

Quarto e banheiro amplos.

6/10 Good

O apartamento estava limpo e tudo ok no geral.

Check in demorado, atendente não sabia fazer check in, contratam colaboradores e nem treinamento dão.
