Tivemos um problema, nosso quarto era no terceiro andar, pelo visto estavam fazendo alguma reforma no bloco. Quando fomos na varanda em um momento pendurar roupas de banho, tinha um funcionário da construtora na varanda fazendo rapel. Isso no terceiro andar, não sabia nem o que fazer naquela situação. Relatamos para o sac do hotel e nos responderam com uma resposta pronta do chat gpt.

Nossa experiência no Fazzenda foi excelente! O hotel é realmente sensacional e impressiona pela estrutura magnífica, organização e quantidade de opções de lazer. Tudo é muito bem cuidado, limpo e organizado. O quarto Standard estava muito limpo, cheiroso e confortável, porém achei um pouco pequeno. Para casal, a cama auxiliar ocupa um espaço que poderia ser melhor aproveitado. Também senti falta de um criado-mudo dos dois lados da cama. No banheiro, o chuveiro alternava entre quente e frio durante o banho, o que foi bastante incômodo. Há somente sabonete líquido, e seria interessante disponibilizarem também sabonete em barra. Tirando esses detalhes, a experiência foi maravilhosa. A alimentação é um espetáculo: comida e bebidas liberadas praticamente o tempo todo, com muita variedade e fartura — falta até estômago para aproveitar tudo! 😂 As áreas de lazer são excelentes, os ambientes muito agradáveis e a equipe é atenciosa e disponível. É um hotel completo, com ótima estrutura e uma experiência que realmente vale a pena. Com certeza voltaríamos!

Quarto excelente, com 2 camas de casais. Tudo limpo e organizado. Chuveiro bom e com água quente! As refeições foram todas ótimas ao longo do dia, com muitas opções e variação de cardápio de um dia pro outro. As opções de lazer são excelentes! Tudo organizado e materiais sempre disponíveis (bolas, raquetes, etc). A piscina externa, mesmo num dia não muito quente, estava com a água bem aquecida e foi muito bom. O bar molhado serve todo tipo de bebida e tem petiscos na área da piscina também.

Experiência horrível! Hotel sem o mínimo de condições para acolhimento de hóspedes. Sair do quarto para ir ao restaurante, ao bar ou a qualquer outro espaço, demanda um espírito de sacrifício enorme pois confrontamo-nos com temperaturas a rondar os 10 graus centígrados e por vezes até menos. O Hotel é totalmente aberto e sem portas o que o torna numa espécie de geladeira. Aquilo que pretenciosamente é chamado de "academia", não passa de um pequeno corredor onde instalaram meia dúzia de velhos aparelhos e quase sem espaço para circulação de pessoas. Experiência a não repetir!

Tudo foi maravilhoso! O resort é muito bem cuidado, com ótima estrutura, quartos limpos e confortáveis e muitas opções de lazer. É um lugar excelente para passar alguns dias em família, principalmente com crianças, porque tem bastante coisa para aproveitar e todos conseguem curtir juntos. O sistema all inclusive também faz toda a diferença e deixa a experiência ainda mais completa e tranquila. A equipe foi muito atenciosa durante toda a estadia.
