"It is a nice, mountain hotel. In my experience they tend to be more rustic, not as modern, and this one was that. However it was a very nice option in a small, quiet town. I think the toiletries could have been a little better, but overall I am happy with my stay here. The breakfast buffet was wonderful."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency Cologne. The location is incredible—stunning views of the Love Lock Bridge and the Cologne Cathedral, especially at night. It’s within easy walking distance to the cathedral and the Christmas markets, which made exploring so convenient. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the food options were excellent, and the spa massages were fantastic. Everything about the stay felt thoughtful and high quality. We would definitely stay here again."

"A great stay. Helpful welcoming staff. Sauna and pool were great (but perhaps need a more obvious translation of rules of German saunas for nieve Englishmen). Excellent buffet breakfast. Hotel is brilliantly situated to explore old town. Even lower cost rooms have a nice aspect, I imagine Rhine river view rooms are stunning."
