Staff were helpful and the breakfast had quite good options for vegans and vegetarians. The room was lovely, it was nice to be able to use the fridge to store drinks and snacks. The hotel is close to several kiosk shops as well as having its own small shop.

The room was fabulous and parking was fairly easy. Elevators took a while and a lot of places closed, including the pool.

A lovely hotel with great facilities. The bedroom was very comfortable, quiet and good air con. We loved the breakfast for the variety and most important for us that it was gluten free friendly. A special shout out for excellent male waitor in rooftop restaurant, very good at his job. Also food was super.

Very Professional friendly staff. Check-in was slow bc everyone came back at the same to @ 3pm for admission. Front desk was superb bc they held my heavy bag until check-in was available. Huge, Huge Hotel! Lots of restaurants & (3) to (4) Huge conference rooms to use. Wow! I love the decor of this hotel, and the fact they had not only a huge swimming pool, but a gym, steam room & my favorite a Sauna room as well. Staff is always available for you. I’d definitely, recommend this Hotel not only to business travelers but just for a quick break from a business trip. I came in from the Netherlands just for a mental break, and I was happy I chose this hotel. If you have a large group to do business I’d suggest you check out their pricing for a conference room because theirs can accommodate easily over 500 people and they have a private reception for your guests. Restaurants on deck to accommodate with food as well. High End- top notch Hotel. I recommend it!

Wonderful breakfast. 6:30 to 10:30. It’s where the hotel shines. Also, do all you can to get a 7th floor room. Location was also across from transit which was good.

Good hotel in the middle of Köln. Walking distance to all the sites, restaurants, and shopping. Pleasant place to stay for family, couples, or solo traveler.

A great stay. Helpful welcoming staff. Sauna and pool were great (but perhaps need a more obvious translation of rules of German saunas for nieve Englishmen). Excellent buffet breakfast. Hotel is brilliantly situated to explore old town. Even lower cost rooms have a nice aspect, I imagine Rhine river view rooms are stunning.

Lovely hotel and great location. Stones throw away from the main area. We had a road side room with a view of the Cathedral and was surprisingly quiet.

8/10 Very good

Clean, comfortable room. A slightly noisy air conditioner but we were happy to have it act as white noise as the hotel was (unexpectedly) smack bang in the middle of Koln Pride festival! Having said that, the hotel had good sound proofing so we managed to sleep - even with a kid! Good breakfast, nice shower. The pool was tiny so couldn’t use it to exercise unfortunately. We had a pleasant stay.
