"Beautiful clean hotel, great staff, great breakfast"

"The room was good, great location."

"The location to the train station after a very long journey from Australia was a blessing. It is also not to far from all the city of Genoa has to offer. The check in staff (2 in particular very helpful others not so helpful but pleasant) room was clean and comfortable and we booked the small room which was still bigger than most hotel rooms in Europe. Highly recommend a stay and €5 Aperol & Campari Spritz's also add up to a win here."

"Central and quiet location spacious room clean & modern big breakfast buffet personalized and attentive service from the staff NH has given me satisfaction since the creation of the company and continues to satisfy even though the ownership has changed"

"Funky, BIG shower, comfortable bed. Quiet rooms with black out blinds, we almost slept through checkout!"

"Very friendly, hard-working staff, clean room, Wi-Fi, air con, good breakfast. Great position for accessing the many eateries and the shops on Via San Vincenzo, which runs just behind the hotel or on Via XX Settembre at the front. You collect your key from the 1st floor, from the sister hotel, Hotel Bel Soggiorno then go up with the lift to the 5th Floor. My room was on the quiet courtyard side."
